TOUR DESCRIPTION

This premium tour package provides an extraordinary amount of adventure, natural beauty and historical mysteries in just three days, all at a relaxed pace that allows you to soak in the local culture, food and scenery.

On your first day we'll pick you up at your hotel in Lima and drive along Peru's scenic southern coast, until we arrive at the small fishing town of Paracas. There, you will enjoy a private tour of the Paracas National Reserve, a national park with beautiful red-sand beaches, dramatic cliffs, and desolate coastal dunes. That night you will sleep at a hotel in Paracas. Luxury resorts and mid-range hotels are available.

The next morning, you’ll climb onto our boat and head to the Ballestas Islands an unforgettable wildlife sanctuary where you come face-to-face with with endangered Humboldt penguins, sea lions, terns, blue footed boobies, and a mysterious symbol carved into a cliff centuries ago, called the Candelabra. Then we’ll transport you to the airport in Ica, one hour to the south, for an unforgettable flight over the Nazca Lines onboard a Cessna Grand Caravan. From your window seat aboard the aircraft, you will see 12 of the world-famous Nazca Lines. Then we’ll visit a genuine desert oasis for an exciting dune buggy tour to explore the gigantic sand dunes of the desert. Similar to the Sahara Desert in Africa, the dunes on Peru’s coast are both dramatic and sensually beautiful. That night you will sleep in a hotel in Ica or at the oasis Huacachina.

On your third and final day, we’ll enjoy a morning tour of the local wineries, where we can observe both modern and ancient techniques for producing sweet red wines and a type of potent grape brandy called Pisco. Finally, we will visit a local archaeology museum filled with mummies, beautiful ceramics, and colorful fabrics made centuries ago. Finally, we will transport you back to your hotel in Lima. You will arrive with a smile on your face, and the memory cards in your camera full of amazing photos of a genuine adventure in a beautiful part of the world.

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM + Dune buggy tour of the desert, wich option to try sandboarding

THIRD DAY

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM + Winery tour and visit to local archaeology museum

This tour package does not include the hotel fees, because our clients often inform us that they prefer to choose their own accommodations. Some travelers like to stay in luxury resorts, while others enjoy cozy bed and breakfast lodges.

Five-Star luxury hotels in Paracas include Doubletree by Hilton Paracas, and Hotel Paracas, both of which are beautiful properties where the service is excellent. Four-star hotels nearby include Aranwa and Hacienda Bahia Paracas. And 3-star hotels include San Augustin Hotel and Hotel Gran Palma

In Ica, the best hotels in the region is the Hotel Las Dunas (four stars), Villa Jazmin (3 stars) and Huacachinero (2 stars).
